Yatori is an eight-villa complex located in central Canggu. The project was a budget-focused renovation of an ageing property, with the objective of bringing an underutilised asset back into operation.
The existing buildings were heavily worn and required extensive renovation, with some areas requiring partial reconstruction.
Once construction began, numerous hidden issues became visible and had to be resolved without allowing the scope or budget to grow disproportionately.
ADG developed the required technical drawings and carried out a comprehensive renovation of the complex.
The scope included refurbishment of the existing wooden structures, new internal and external wall finishes, flooring, complete MEP works, including plumbing, exterior improvements, renovation of the common areas, and refurbishment of the shared swimming pool.
The existing complex was transformed from a heavily deteriorated property into an attractive, functional, move-in-ready villa complex suitable for rental operations.
Including common-area improvements and swimming pool works, the investment amounted to approximately $15,000–16,000 per villa.
