Aquamarine is a residential townhouse complex located in Cemagi, close to the ocean and with sea views from the property.
ADG was engaged to renovate and fully furnish the Aquamarine 11 unit after the original developer handover.
Although the property had strong potential thanks to its location and architecture, the developer-grade finish, basic interior solutions, inefficient layouts, and material choices left significant room for improvement.
The challenge was to identify which existing elements could be retained and where targeted interventions would create the greatest improvement.
The original swimming pool and terrace were refinished with new tiles and materials, without requiring major structural reconstruction.
Additional works included improvements to flooring and staircases, wall refinishing, bathroom modifications, selected layout adjustments, lighting and sanitary upgrades, as well as mirrors, curtains, furniture, and interior detailing.
Instead of a comprehensive redesign, the focus was on correcting the most important shortcomings of the original property.
The unit was fully equipped for handover.
Aquamarine 11 has been completed and handed over.
